And by his Will dated 18th September 1828 attended by three witnesses appointed Anthony Spedding and his ??? deceased's Nephew Thomas Fardinando Executors to Whom probate was granted at Doctors Commons 27 June 1832.   

Therein described formerly of the Bank of England but late of West Ham in the County of Essex

In the Will are the following words:

Also I give and bequeath unto my Niece Elizabeth Clara Grew wife of Nathaniel Grew all the stock in the reduced three percent annuities that may be standing in my name at my decease in the Books of the Bank of England and to my Niece Mary Brown Spinster I give and Bequeath the sum of Three Hundred Pounds three per cent bonsols.

I appoint the said Anthony Spedding and my Nephew the said Thomas Fardinando Executors of the my Will.

 

£3333-6-8 reduced to be transferred to the Testators Niece Elizabeth Clara Grew wife of Nathaniel Grew the legatee

£300 bonsols to be transferred to the Testator Niece Mary Brown, Spinster. The legatee

£1775 bonsols are at the disposal of Anthony Spedding & Thomas Fardinando the Executors.
