Cater Connection

Introduction

The following pictures are from David Waters who has family connections but, do you recognise anyone in this group? Are they Cater or Ferdinando relatives.

David's Grand Father was Leonard Claude Cater born 1898. He was at school in Hackney, East London. His Father was Edward Cater who married Minnie Ferdinando. The other Children were Muriel, Maud, Minnie and Royston Cater.

Dr. Peter has identified Minnie as being Mary Ann Ferdinando, born 1867 in Bethnal Green, the Daughter of Joseph Henry and Amelia Ferdinando. They are descended from James William and Mary Ann née Bowen line. Peter has Mary Ann marrying a Mr. Cater in Bethnal Green in 1887. These photographs have been provided by David Waters and remain his copyright and permission.
